How long does it take?

A market pack runs one week from deposit. A Brand Sprint, five days. Monthly systems are publishing by week two.

Can I use the brand before paying it off?

No. Previews carry a watermark; the final files — vector, PNG, editables — arrive on full payment. At 70% paid we hand over palette and type.

Are there refunds?

Finished stages are not refunded. If communication stops for two months the project closes, and reopening it has a cost.

Do you invoice?

Yes. Mexican factura (+IVA) or a US invoice — your pick.
